Shining Star Group Held Announcement Conference on Organizational Structure and Job Description

In accordance with the requirements of the Information Session on Group Development and Talent Motivation, the HR and Administration Centre carried out a series of announcement conference on job description for the middle and grassroots employees of each centre and department of Shining Star Group from October 23 to 26. 



To begin with, Zuoyou Management Consultancy introduced the Group's future strategic planning and adjustments to the participants, and gave a full explanation to the Group's organizational structure, the positioning of all functional departments, and the job description settings, so that grassroots employees can fully understand the development direction and functional transformation of the Group. 




Subsequently, Zuoyou Management Consultancy explained the compilation of job description. The job description is not a list of all the works for someone or a specific work plan, but a clear guidance to the authority responsibility and job contents within the Group. It is a key reference for performance appraisal and the basis for position qualifications. 



In the end, the head of Human Resources and Enterprise Culture Department made a concluding speech. She expect all participants would read the job description carefully to have a clear understand of job responsibilities, work authority and work content, and conscientiously perform their duties. She emphasized that the job description will be an important criterion for future performance appraisal. The Human Resources and Enterprise Culture Department set up a personnel system that match with the Group value. "Learning and innovative, efficient and execution, openness and tolerance, active and responsible, collaborative and supportIve, integrity and gratitude" will become general qualities forShining Star employees. Human Resources and Enterprise Culture Department will carry out the adjustment and improvement of salary management, performance appraisal and incentive mechanism. It is hoped that all staff of the Group could continuously learning and improving capability, and make more contributions to the realization of the Group's strategic goals.
