Yunnan Young Entrepreneurs' Association and Kunming Young Entrepreneurs' Association organized a series of exchange visits for enterprise management. On the afternoon of 13th Apr., Shining Star Group welcomed a group of young entrepreneur representatives from Yunnan Young Entrepreneurs' Association and Kunming Young Entrepreneurs' Association. Yan Rui, GM of Li Heng Investment, Sun Tianyi, GM of Equity Investment of Dian Merchant Foundation welcomed the exchange team and attended the following symposium. 

The exchange team looked around the New Asia Athletics Park, which is a representation of the projects of Shining Star Group. Afterwards, the exchange team listened the introduction of Shining Star Group in Enterprise Culture Showroom in terms of the venture history, development history, staff training strategy, key projects, business fields, future blueprint, etc. 

After the Enterprise Culture Showroom, the exchange team went to the conference room to watch the enterprise video. Young entrepreneurs started animated discussion and exchange on development and transform of enterprise, inheritance and creation of family business, enterprise investment and capital allocation. The symposium carried on in a pleasant atmosphere. Young entrepreneurs shared their thinking, inspiration, comprehension of this activity. 

"I hope the exchange visit will give association members a better understanding of member units. At the same time, it's also a channel to provide mutual support between the member units", said by Chen Hongrui, the President of Kunming Young Entrepreneurs' Association. 

Yan Rui, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Kunming Young Entrepreneurs' Association, expressed her will of making joint effort with all members of association for the development of Yunnan province. Acquiring from and returning to the society, and actively devoted to the cause of public welfare and charity, is not only the enterprise culture of Shining Star Group, but also the shared vision of all young entrepreneurs. She wishes Yunnan and Kunming Young Entrepreneurs' Association would continuously success, and hopes the associations would organize more meaningful exchange activities. 

Finishing the exchange in Shining Star Group, the exchange team went to Yunnan Cihong Law Office to participate the sharing discussion on Design & Application of the Share in Limited Company and the Policy & Identification of High-tech Company.
