Shining Star Building completed in 1998, covers an area of 38976.12 ft², and consists of a ground floor, 3-storey podium building and a 17-storey main building, with total building area of 279900 ft² and investment of US Dollar 192.2 million. The project brought the concept of digital office building into Kunming City for the first time.
